In the Fall of 2004, the staff at 1260 WPNW kicked off their new "NewsTalk for Today's Christian Lifestyle" Format. We introduced our audience to Bill Bennett's Morning in America and, by popular demand, brought Janet Parshall back to the airwaves in West Michigan... On Monday August 22nd, WPNW underwent another "extreme makeover"; changing the name of the station to 1260 The Pledge. The name The Pledge has a dual meaning; Patriotic and Spiritual, painting the picture of the pledge we make to our country and the promise that we claim in Christ!
